What we call training alone is not something you can fix theoretically. You must put what you have learned into practice. In the application phase, you should work with a trainer so that when you make a mistake, he will show and correct the correct technique. Otherwise, you will get used to the wrong technique and it will be harder for you to learn the right one. So I want you to know that it is very difficult for you to pass the pomegranate track by jumping at home.

First of all, I start by describing the pomem parkour stations one by one and explaining their technical training below.

POMEM PARKOUR STATIONS

POMEM TRACK: It is a physical proficiency track exam with 7 stations that follows one after the other in the indoor gym.

In summary, in the course exam content:

  1. Bounce 5 times on the springboard
  2. wheel drive
  3. weight bearing
  4. don't touch the balls
  5. Tumble
  6. Slalom cross run

  7. springboard

 As soon as the candidate crosses the starting line with the "START" command, his time will begin. In the first stage, the candidate will perform 5 times jumping with both feet to the right and left over the gymnastic springboard. (Candidates will be able to start jumping from the right or left side with both feet from the side they want.) The springboard will be 2.5 meters long, 40 cm high, 20 cm wide, and the foot of the springboard will be 52 cm wide.
Candidate;
Two seconds will be added  to the finishing time (2) as a penalty for each missing jump over the gymnastic springboard .
Jumping with one leg will not be counted as a jump, and the candidate who does not perform even one of the 5 jumps properly will be deemed not to have made this station and will be disqualified and eliminated.

Springboard Parkour Tactics:

  • The jumping movement should be done with both feet. Feet should be on the ground at the same time
  • Feet should fall on tiptoe
  • Foot width should be at shoulder level
  • The body should be jumped upright (if you slouch and jump, you are more likely to hit the board or slow down)
  • During the jump, the movement should be completed by throwing the heels on the hips instead of pulling the knees (the probability of the feet of the candidates who jump with the knees to hit the board increases)
  • Our body direction should always point to the board. We must always face the blackboard. (If you turn your back to the board, you will not be able to jump rapidly.)

  1. PASSING WHEEL

In the step of passing through the tire, the candidates will pass through 6 tires with one foot (right foot is right tire, left foot is left tire) by stepping into it. The inner width of the tires will be 16 inches (40.64 cm), the tires will be diagonal and connected to each other.
Candidate;
For each tire, two seconds will be added to the finish time (2) as a penalty for not passing without stepping inside.
If any of the tires at this station pass without properly treading, the candidate will be disqualified and eliminated.

WHEEL PASSING TRACKUR TACTICS

  • When running from the board to the wheel, we should start with the right wheel closest to us.
  • Start by getting closer to the wheels. If you enter remotely, your risk of falling increases.
  • Our feet should touch the ground on tiptoe.
  • The movement should be done by pulling the knees high.
  • You should press the last part of the wheel cavities, which is farthest from us. If you step in the middle of the gap, your heels may catch on the wheel.
  • During the movement, our arms should be in the running position and move as if running back and forth.

  1. WEIGHT HANDLING

Candidates; During the weight-bearing stage, he will carry two sandbags of  30 Kg (15x2) for male candidates and 20 Kg (10x2) for female candidates by walking around the outside of the two pontoons with a distance of 12 meters between them, and will not drop the weights from any distance to the point where they started to carry, but will leave them at the point where they are taken.

Candidate;
1 (one) second as a penalty for the candidate who completes the station without going around behind the barge at the point where he took the weights and does not leave the weights at the point where he took
them 1 (one) second will be added if the barge at the point where it takes the weights does not move around with the weights, and 1 (one) second is added if it does not move around empty.

In addition, the candidate who does not complete the second barge at a distance of 12 meters between them , returns from any distance and leaves it unfinished, is deemed not to have completed this station and is disqualified and eliminated.
Weights 12 metersIf the candidate who completes the distance and leaves the place he took, passes through the barge and passes to the other station, 1 (one) second will be added to the finishing time as a penalty.
1 (one) second will be added to     the end time in return for a penalty for the island that knocks down any of the barges .
While the candidate is returning from the back of the pontoon with the weights, both of the weights will turn from the outside of the pontoon .
 . Weight bags are placed on the right side of the second barge at a distance of 20 cm, then 50 cm from the inside between the bags.

WEIGHT CARRYING TRACKUR TACTICS

  1. DO NOT TOUCH HEALTH BALLS

In the act of touching the medicine ball, the candidates will touch the second ball in the running direction, then the first ball and then the second ball again, 3 times, before the medicine balls that are 5 meters between two points and are on the ground.
Candidate;
For each missing touch, 2 (two) seconds will be added to the end time as a penalty.
In the act of touching the medicine ball, the candidate will first touch the farthest ball, then touch the first ball that he did not touch while passing, and then touch the ball he touched first again to complete the station. Touching the second ball by the candidate who does not do this station in this way, who first touches the first ball and then moves to the other station by touching the second ball, will be considered a touch. The first ball touch will not be counted and 6 (six) seconds will be added as a penalty to the finishing time of the candidate who passes to the other station in a way that does not cover the distance between the two balls .
If the balls come out of the ball chamber due to the candidate touching the ball, the candidate will touch the chamber where the ball should be located, not after the ball.
If he passes without touching any of the medicine balls in this station, the candidate will be disqualified and eliminated.

TRACKING TICKETS TO TOUCH THE BALL:

  • The medicine ball should be taken with big steps.
  • While touching the ball, we should touch it by getting smaller from the knees.
  • Touch the 1st ball with the right hand,
     the 2nd ball with the left hand,
     and the 3rd ball with the left hand.
  • Touches should be clear
  • After touching the ball, our body should show the direction of the other ball and run straight.

  1. TUMBLE

While coming to the somersault, the candidate will come around from the outside of the pontoon and roll  forward 1 (one) time on the floor mat.
1 (one) second will be added  to the finishing time as a penalty for the island that does not wander outside the barge or knocks down the barge while coming to a somersault .
The candidate who does not or does not do the somersault in the somersault will be disqualified and eliminated.

Tumble Parkour Tactics:

  • You should start close to the mat when starting the somersault.
     Please do not log in remotely. J
  • We should start with the right foot forward, close to the mat.
  • We need to get smaller at the knees so that the left foot is one step behind.
  • We take the palms of our hands to the side of our heads with the palms facing the mat and we close to our feet.
  • We bring our heads closer to our knees and arch our backs
  • We leave ourselves in an oval and shrunken position as much as possible and roll like a ball, so to speak  .
  • When getting up, we should get up with the right foot in front, the left foot in the back, close to the hip, and push the mat with our hands.
  • If you have a fear of somersaults, please do not try it yourself at home, you may experience negative results. L

  1. CROSSSLALOM RUN

The slalom running stage is completed by walking around 6 slalom bars outside. The bars shall be 1.5 meters high and shall be 2.5 meters apart straight and diagonally.
    Candidate;
2 (two) seconds will be added to the finishing time for each missing pass and as a penalty to the candidate who knocked down his stick .
If he passes the track with the slalom bars without doing anything, the candidate will be disqualified and eliminated.

CROSS-RUN TRACKUR TACTICS:

  • Cross running movement consists of 3 stages.

1- press 2- turn 3-run

  • In the 1st stage, we should open it 70-80 cm next to the bars so that our left foot coincides with the left sticks, and our right foot coincides with the right sticks.
  • In the 2nd stage, you should get smaller from the knees and give your direction to the bar with your back foot.
  • In the 3rd stage, you should run straight with small steps and sprint.
  • During running, the arms should be pulled from waist level to shoulder level so that they can move back and forth. (this way your run will turn into a faster run  J  )

  1. TOP TO BOTTOM PASSAGE OBSTACLE
  • In the obstacle stage, 4 obstacles (the height of the obstacle to be passed over is 50 cm above the lath and the height of the obstacle to be passed is 110 cm from the bottom of the lath and the distance between the obstacles is 2 meters) is passed from the top-bottom, top-bottom, and the track is completed when the finish point is passed by running. .

 Candidate;
Dropping or removing the obstacle bar during this stage (even one side of the obstacle bar comes out of place) is the reason for penalty time. The direction of attachment of the obstacle bars will be facing the direction of the candidate's arrival. In the obstacle stage , 2 (two) seconds will be added  to the finishing time as a penalty for each missing pass, passing the obstacle incorrectly, knocking down and knocking down the obstacles .
If he does not pass any of the obstacles in this station, the candidate will be disqualified and eliminated.

TOP TO BOTTOM PASSAGE OBSTACLE COURSE TACTICS

  • The transition from top to bottom consists of 3 steps.
  • By jumping over the first obstacle (50cm), the first step should be with the right foot and the second step with the left foot.
  • In the third step, take a step under the second obstacle (110 cm) with the right foot and cross the body with the left hand touching the ground.
  • At this stage, the right foot should pass first and then the body. Candidates who try to pass directly with the head will run the risk of knocking down the barrier.
