What we call training alone is not something you can fix theoretically. You must put what you have learned into practice. In the application phase, you should work with a trainer so that when you make a mistake, he will show and correct the correct technique. Otherwise, you will get used to the wrong technique and it will be harder for you to learn the right one. So I want you to know that it is very difficult for you to pass the pomegranate track by jumping at home.
First of all, I start by describing the pomem parkour stations one by one and explaining their technical training below.
POMEM PARKOUR STATIONS
POMEM TRACK: It is a physical proficiency track exam with 7 stations that follows one after the other in the indoor gym.
In summary, in the course exam content:
- Bounce 5 times on the springboard
- wheel drive
- weight bearing
- don't touch the balls
- Tumble
- Slalom cross run
- springboard
Springboard Parkour Tactics:
- The jumping movement should be done with both feet. Feet should be on the ground at the same time
- Feet should fall on tiptoe
- Foot width should be at shoulder level
- The body should be jumped upright (if you slouch and jump, you are more likely to hit the board or slow down)
- During the jump, the movement should be completed by throwing the heels on the hips instead of pulling the knees (the probability of the feet of the candidates who jump with the knees to hit the board increases)
- Our body direction should always point to the board. We must always face the blackboard. (If you turn your back to the board, you will not be able to jump rapidly.)
- PASSING WHEEL
WHEEL PASSING TRACKUR TACTICS
- When running from the board to the wheel, we should start with the right wheel closest to us.
- Start by getting closer to the wheels. If you enter remotely, your risk of falling increases.
- Our feet should touch the ground on tiptoe.
- The movement should be done by pulling the knees high.
- You should press the last part of the wheel cavities, which is farthest from us. If you step in the middle of the gap, your heels may catch on the wheel.
- During the movement, our arms should be in the running position and move as if running back and forth.
- WEIGHT HANDLING
Candidates; During the weight-bearing stage, he will carry two sandbags of 30 Kg (15x2) for male candidates and 20 Kg (10x2) for female candidates by walking around the outside of the two pontoons with a distance of 12 meters between them, and will not drop the weights from any distance to the point where they started to carry, but will leave them at the point where they are taken.
WEIGHT CARRYING TRACKUR TACTICS
- During the transition to the weights should be sprinted.
- The space between the weights should be entered with our right foot.
- After the weights are taken, they should be lifted up so that they do not trip over our feet while running.
- Weights should be carried close to the center, that is, close to our body.
- Do not make wide turns while taking the weights and turning. You must make sharp turns and straight runs.
- The distance of the weight barges is 12 meters, but if you run as if in a straight line. If you turn wide and run far to the line, you will increase your distance.
- When carrying weights, the body should be upright. If you slouch, your risk of falling increases.
- During transportation, we should run with our eyes facing forward. If you run while looking down, your risk of falling increases.
- DO NOT TOUCH HEALTH BALLS
TRACKING TICKETS TO TOUCH THE BALL:
- The medicine ball should be taken with big steps.
- While touching the ball, we should touch it by getting smaller from the knees.
- Touch the 1st ball with the right hand, the 2nd ball with the left hand, and the 3rd ball with the left hand.
- Touches should be clear
- After touching the ball, our body should show the direction of the other ball and run straight.
- TUMBLE
Tumble Parkour Tactics:
- You should start close to the mat when starting the somersault. Please do not log in remotely. J
- We should start with the right foot forward, close to the mat.
- We need to get smaller at the knees so that the left foot is one step behind.
- We take the palms of our hands to the side of our heads with the palms facing the mat and we close to our feet.
- We bring our heads closer to our knees and arch our backs
- We leave ourselves in an oval and shrunken position as much as possible and roll like a ball, so to speak .
- When getting up, we should get up with the right foot in front, the left foot in the back, close to the hip, and push the mat with our hands.
- If you have a fear of somersaults, please do not try it yourself at home, you may experience negative results. L
- CROSSSLALOM RUN
CROSS-RUN TRACKUR TACTICS:
- Cross running movement consists of 3 stages.
1- press 2- turn 3-run
- In the 1st stage, we should open it 70-80 cm next to the bars so that our left foot coincides with the left sticks, and our right foot coincides with the right sticks.
- In the 2nd stage, you should get smaller from the knees and give your direction to the bar with your back foot.
- In the 3rd stage, you should run straight with small steps and sprint.
- During running, the arms should be pulled from waist level to shoulder level so that they can move back and forth. (this way your run will turn into a faster run J )
- TOP TO BOTTOM PASSAGE OBSTACLE
- In the obstacle stage, 4 obstacles (the height of the obstacle to be passed over is 50 cm above the lath and the height of the obstacle to be passed is 110 cm from the bottom of the lath and the distance between the obstacles is 2 meters) is passed from the top-bottom, top-bottom, and the track is completed when the finish point is passed by running. .
TOP TO BOTTOM PASSAGE OBSTACLE COURSE TACTICS
- The transition from top to bottom consists of 3 steps.
- By jumping over the first obstacle (50cm), the first step should be with the right foot and the second step with the left foot.
- In the third step, take a step under the second obstacle (110 cm) with the right foot and cross the body with the left hand touching the ground.
- At this stage, the right foot should pass first and then the body. Candidates who try to pass directly with the head will run the risk of knocking down the barrier.
